  1. I have this PDF form, and I want to fill its fields.
  2. I know I can do it opening it on Corel Draw. But Corel Draw is expensive.
  3. I know I can take screenshots and fill it on Paint, but I think it will be difficult and the final result will be poor.

all caps aside pdf xchange will do what you want.

there are some websites that can help you to fill a pdf form online - you can try www.pdffiller.com - I have used it a few times :)
