I'm trying to figure out how best to set up a VPN using a virtual machine (VMware Workstation 8). I have a Windows 7 host with a Windows XP virtual machine which I'm trying to use as a VPN server or vice versa.

What network settings do I need or what is the best way to go about it? I'm a little stuck with the IP settings etc.
