Is there a way to set up Windows Live with Google Authenticator? I have two factor authentication set up, but as I don't have free text messaging I constantly incur fees from authentication text messages. For Google and LastPass, I've switched to using an authentication app, but I still can't figure out how to set up the app for Windows Live. Is there a way, or am I stuck receiving text messages?
