I just moved and had to switch from a wired Internet connection to wireless. I am now having problems. It's not router cause tablets, and other laptops can connect. The ipv4 and ipv6 no Internet access and media state enabled. My router is belkin g mimo and my wireless is belkin play. The issue is with my comp with win 7. I tried disabling the firewall and nothing changed. The router is belkin g mimo and I am using a belkin play network adapter. It connects but has a little triangle with a ! in it. I and ipv4 and ipv6 show no Internet but media says enabled.

Is the issue for your PC or tablet? Either way, is it built in wireless (and is it switched on) or an external dongle. Try an IPCONFIG and ensure that 'media is disconnected' is not shown. Does your wireless device appear in device manager. More information would be nice! –  Dave Rook Oct 26 '12 at 14:03

If you open up cmd prompt and type ping NameOfOtherPCONNetwork, do you get a reply? –  David Oct 26 '12 at 17:27
