I have an H77 chipset motherboard (core i7 ivy bridge) and I would like to order this ram:

Specifications: The amount of memory 16 GB Memory Type DDR3 SDRAM Memory Frequency 1600 MHz Data transfer rate MB / s 12800

Timings 9-9-9-24 Supply Voltage (V) 1.5

Unbuffered Team Series Xtreem Vulcan Kit of 2x8192MB

And I have this one already in my system:

As far as I can tell, only the timings are different... in that the timings are a bit better on the newer RAM I will order.

But I'm confused if Kingston is 10 or 9 in timings on PDF.

Anyhow, it is difficult for me to get the exact same RAM again, so I was wondering if there is any problem installing this new RAM alongside my Kingston RAM.

The main thing I would like to know is if both RAM will still work in dual channel mode (as long as I put it in the correct slots) or is dual channel lost in this configuration?

It usually works fine, but at the slowest common speed. – Hennes Oct 26 '12 at 14:34
