I'm looking for a tool that will give me the ability to take a video and publish it to multiple sites with one action on my side. For example, I have a file dog.avi which I took with my video camera and I want to use this tool to publish it to YouTube, Vimeo, Viddler, etc. I'd like to be able to use a tool to click on button and go get my coffee and have it upload to all 3+ sites by itself.

Take a look at TubeMogul, 100 free deployments per month. There is also Hey!Spread, which only makes you pay for what you use - it's fairly cheap too. | |||
