Is there any automation solution like AutoHotKey that uses a c-like language for scripting? AutoHotKey is very useful but its syntax is strange.

You might like what AutoHotkey was derived from, AutoIt. It is still very basic-like in its syntax, but flows like a standard procedural language with solid libraries and full featured functionality. –  MaQleod Oct 29 '12 at 3:23
