I've been all over Google trying to find somebody who has successfully solved this same problem and it never pans out...
For about a month now I have been unable to reach www.roliana.com from any browser or device on my internet. The most recent evolution of this problem is that I can connect to the website for 3 or 4 pages, and then the error returns.
As far as we can tell, I am the only person experiencing this problem and the admins of Roliana can't find anything on their end that could be the problem. They have tried banning/unbanning my IP. I have tried altering and disabling nearly every security, firewall and scan that I have. My connection is just fine for literally every other website. Yet I can't get to Roliana from any device on this network.
I have tried unplugging/resetting my router. I left it off for a week, and the problem seemed to resolve for a day or so but then began again. I am able to reach the site through proxy sites. But this isn't a good workaround because this method makes several features of the site inaccessible to me.
I contacted tech support for my ISP, and they couldn't come up with anything better than "contact the website vendor and your security software vendor". =/ Somebody please help me.
(I'm not terribly techsmart but I can follow instructions.)
Edit: Yes, I have tried connecting it directly to my internet with a cable. No change.
