I have a Acer Aspire One AOA 150 with Windows Xp Home. The netbook doesn't hibernate. There's a screen showing hibernation and it never finishes. how can I figure out the issue?

Are you able to hibernate successfully after a clean restart? (Ie no remote files open, no Direct3D screensavers running etc?) Do you have enough free disk space to hibernate? You may wish to disable hibernation, restart, then re-enable hibernation. This should recreate the hiberfil.sys hibernation file. Good luck!

Upgrading your BIOS will fix this.
