A couple of days ago, my computer just shut off. When I tried to turn it back on it said that I needed to do a recovery. So I did as it asked because I couldn't get Windows 7 to reboot. Now it takes me to the user screen which appears different. I see the Icons but there are no names under them.
I click on my icon and it starts up but when my home screen appears. Same thing I see icons and the bottom task bar but no names. When I try to click on an icon or access the control panel etc nothing happens, it's frozen. I've tried just about everything I can think of even trying to run it in safe mode. Same thing happens icon with no names or titles. I can't click on any icons either.
