I read on a website that Win7 Home Premium supports a maximum of 16GB RAM.
I have i3 processor which is 64bits so 2 RAISED TO 64 = 8gigs.
Or is it that address lines are more than 64bits? Please explain.
Website also states that Win7 Ultimate supports 192gigs. What black magic sorcery is this?

Windows may support that much, but your bios and hardware (chipset) must also support it also. Chipset and bios ultimately control maximum memory that can be installed. – Moab Nov 6 '12 at 7:15
