Whenever I play Youtube videos or listen to music on Windows Media Player , I get these noises that slow down the video and the music. It's like as if the video is lagging. This happens only during some parts of the video, not the whole time(usually in the beginning). Does anyone know what's causing this? and ways to fix this problem? Thanks!

Does this happen on parts of video which are more active? E.g. action sequences, space battles, etc. – wonea Nov 14 '12 at 11:20
