For some reason, Calibri is showing in Italics in all of my Office 2010 applications. It is not set in Italics and I never changed it to Italics. If I change the font to anything else, it shows properly. Any ideas? Very annoying.

It's far-fetched, but is it possible that in your installed fonts the file for standard Calibri has been overwritten by the italic file? Try using Calibri in Notepad or Wordpad and see whether it defaults to standard or italic. The default folder for fonts is C:\Windows\Fonts, and the standard Windows fonts are stored as .ttf (TrueType Font) files. You can open the files and compare them in Notepad. – Jonathan Garber Nov 16 '12 at 20:28
