I tried cloning my hard disk, but now my computer doesn't boot: it just shows a black screen which says BOOTMGR missing. What can I do to fix it?

There is no way you can gain more memory (RAM) with cloning (making a copy off) you C volume. Could you edit your post with what you really tried to do (e.g. change, not copy) a volume so that it had more disk space? – Hennes Nov 18 '12 at 18:37

Your capslock is on. Please press the Caps Lock key to turn it off. – Hennes Nov 18 '12 at 18:49
if you actually cloned the hdd your bootmgr wouldn't be missing, unless you only cloned a partition. But you neglect to tell us what you used to do this so called cloning – Logman Nov 18 '12 at 19:51

If you formatted your hard drive, you deleted the information off of it. Either get data recovery, or reinstall Windows to get it working again.

I TRY BUT WHEN IT RESTART TO CONTINUE SET UP THE SAME THING POP UP AGAIN. – Renado Williams Nov 18 '12 at 18:41

You have to reinstall the bootmanager, that is nothing unusual, do not worry. If you are using Windows, boot from your Windows CD/DVD. On one of the first screens you will have the option to REPAIR an existing installation. Look for some entry regarding the Bootsector/Bootloader etc.

Also make sure that the cloned partition is set as "active", using eg. the tool you have used to clone your partition.
