Ive got a load of files that i accidentally deleted using the "empty trash" feature, i meant to use the "secure empty" feature that overwrites the data, the machines getting its hd swapped (faulty part) but i dont know what they do with the hard drive so for peice of mind i would like to wipe it.
Is there a method or a peice of software that can securly delete already trashed items. I know on PC you can use Recuva but they dont have a mac version yet
