Can't login into my hotmail account, but received message "It looks like someone else might be using your account". Is it a genuine one or is someone phishing?

It would probably be helpful to have a screenshot of what you are seeing. Also, hover over the link it likely contains and paste the basename (be sure to note in your update that people shouldn't click on it). – nerdwaller Nov 27 '12 at 15:51
Where did you get the message? Post a screenshot of it, or even the complete message contents. That link you've provided is legit MSFT URL. Did you get an interstitial page? – Sathya Nov 27 '12 at 16:14
If is the url, it is Microsoft. Use a different computer or phone and log in to your account and change your password, now. – user142485 Nov 27 '12 at 16:15
