Has anyone been able to create something like the zsync files that are available for Ubuntu CD/DVD images for those images downloaded from MSDN?
We are storing numerous copies of the various editions of Windows as downloaded from MSDN on our development server, where presumably 95% of the contents are identical when, for example, comparing the Ultimate and the Enterprise editions of Windows 7. It would be a lot better if we were able to de-duplicate these.
Now, I am aware that the .wim files are containers inside the ISO images themselves, which is why I am asking for something like zsync.
