I've been having this problem for a while now but i'm not sure what is causing it. When i'm in a program window every now and then the window becomes unactive and i have to click into it again so i can continue typing or whatever. Also when i run games they minimize, i can only assume the inactive problem is causing this too. There Nothing suspicious in the processes/ services list. Is this some sort of windows 7 fault something corrupted?

there are some programs that come to mind that need to steal focus when they run, though most regular user applications don't. Next time this happens, try to open Task Manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) and see which program has taken focus. If it is the same one, you'll catch your answer – im so confused Dec 12 '12 at 21:38
