It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form. If you hit the forward button, Outlook's default action is to include the attachments. Is there something else you are trying to do? –  techturtle Dec 14 '12 at 22:15

Open up the e-mail, and press ctrl-f, or press the forward button. You should see the attachment right below the subject line.
