While I was trying to install iTunes, and more specifically Apple mobile device support, it says:

"Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services"

Can you help me?

I got W7 32-bit latest version of iTunes I tried to run it as Admin, no luck.

I bet there should be something to change somewhere... I hope you might help. i m desperate

If you can run it as admin, and it still doesn't install, there might be a problem with user privileges. Check those to see if your account has full administrator permissions in the Control Panel.
