Super User is a question and answer site for computer enthusiasts and power users. It's 100% free, no registration required.

In chap-secrets file I have defined two username/password combinations.

I login using first username and it works (it is connected from Windows 7). However as soon as I login from another device (Android 4.2) using the second username, the first connection stops working (stops receiving data, but connection appears to be alive). If I logout the second connection, the first connection does not return to work.

This is in pptpd.conf:

localip 192.168.0.200-254
remoteip 192.168.1.200-254

Other scripts are not changed. What am I doing wrong?

Because of the way PPTP works, two clients behind the a NAT may not connect to the same PPTP server simultaneously.
