I have my data on a USB stick and it was protected using bitlocker on my windows 7 Ultimate. I think I tried to remove the encryption and I said remove password when I right clicked the drive and chose manage bitlocker.
Now whenever I insert the USB into any laptop, it's not asking me for my password(which I still memorize). Instead it is asking me for my recovery key, which I never thought I need.
Any thoughts of how can I make bitlocker ask me to input the password? It is no longer asking me to enter the password. it only eccept recovery key.
