So we have an alficia rico printer at my workplace. I just started on the job and when I had my account made for me I guess there is a conflict with the drivers? I have looked for a file in the spooling folder to no avail. Ports are configured properly as the printer is online and ready. We use a user authentication system to prevent anyone from printing a bunch of pages without being responsible for them. The driver is still there from the other user account, I just believe I need the temp files that go with the driver. If anyone could help me solve this issue it would be great as I need to print tomorrow and don't want to have to use another persons computer to do so. Any help is greatly appreciated and thanks for reading my problem. I am using windows xp on a wireless network and not a single other user has a problem printing except for me. As for the printer make and model if I haven't resolved it by tomorrow I can get it, but right off the top of my head I would like to say it's a 3150?

Let me make sure I understand. You have a user account on your computer. The computer and the printer are both on the network. You cannot print to the printer, possibly because of the authentication system. Is this correct? – K.A Jan 10 '13 at 1:03
@Ryan we really need more details and a better explanation of the problem – Lorenzo Von Matterhorn Jan 10 '13 at 1:37
