I want to purchase a Dell 24" monitor. But there are many monitors in the 24" category. I have seen ST2409 physically but haven't seen others. The spec of ST2408 is impressive than the ST2410.
Which one to go for?

Dell ST2408 has S-PVA matrix, while the ST2410 has TN-film. From that point of view definitely choose ST2408 since you will get much better colors and bigger viewing angle. ST2408 is however roughly twice the price of the ST2410 so if this is a problem I suggest you find a store that has both on display and compare the picture. I had a 24" Tn-film monitor and I was very unsatisfied. Now I have a S-IPS one and the difference is huge. So is the price of course but well worth it in my opinion. | |||
