Is there a tool that works like kon-boot, but is free (preferably open-source)? [closed]

I'd like something that is like Kon-Boot free version, but that software doesn't work on 64 bit Windows. Open-source would be ideal.

If you don't know, kon-boot is loaded before Windows, and makes it so Windows accepts any password.

If this exists, I cannot find it.

@random - Please define why this was closed as off-topic against the FAQ instead of form-lettering this. A comment on a question seen by people looking at the front-page shouldn't make a person undertake a research excavation as to why it was closed.
@solemnity I guess I should thank you for making that comment. I tried making this post on serverfault, but I could see why that was off topic. When it was closed there, I was recommended to post it here, so I did. but now this is closed here, with no recommendation. so I gave up on the stack exchange network. I will take my question to reddit, or something. Thanks for looking out for me.
HunterFuller, I would recommend that you flag the question for review. I can't see an issue either unless it is because @random doesn't like the nature of the question (as it is potentially related to hacking). Off topic closures should always have a reason given otherwise people cannot improve their questions.
@JulianKnight We don't consider shopping / product recommendation questions on topic. This is covered in our FAQ, but more explicitly addressed here. "Is there an alternative to…?" is not what we define as a constructive question. The question should be rewritten into something problem-based. Using ophcrack, you can crack the password of a Windows, Mac, or Linux machine. Ophcrack uses rainbow tables to do it.
