I have a situation where my painfully configured DD-WRT router logs an incoming TCP connection "accepted" from my IP while my OpenVPN client logs a TCP connection as failed.
With these logs, I'd look for some specifics to check — though I know there is a lot worry about DD-WRT + OpenVPN + Tunnelblick + Mountain Lion otherwise too.
