Is there a way to reset message “This is a large commit. Click here or press 'v' to view.” in GitX?

Question

Accidentally committed a large directory, and removed it from the history.

But gitx still warns: "This is a large commit. Click here or press 'v' to view."

Where is this warning coming from? (It is no longer a large commit.)

How to reset it?
