I get a used Linksys SRW2048 and connect it with serial (0-modem) cable to a linux machine with rPath. Now I try to connect to the Switch with following command:

agetty -L -f /etc/issue 19200 ttyS0

But nothing happened, how can I connect to the Switch with agetty on rPath linux.
