I recently purchased a new Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000

enter image description here

I want to change a few of the special keys in the keyboard such as the zoom and favorite buttons. Microsoft's default driver does not allow these to be customized. I tried several key mapping softwares such as KeyMapper, SharpKeys, and KeyTweak, but none of them can map these special keys. Is there a software that can map the special keys on the keyboard?

This question has been asked before and already has an answer. If those answers do not fully address your question, please ask a new question.

You are more likely to find an answer by editing the Microsoft keyboard config file yourself. Like here: superuser.com/questions/195474/… –  Tog Feb 25 '13 at 7:51

Have you tried Autohotkey? Here it seems to work http://www.autohotkey.com/board/topic/73680-microsoft-natural-keyboard-4000-media-keys-and-favorites/

It can be also downloaded from http://www.autohotkey.com/. It is also able to reassign the Win+ kombination or Capslock.
