How can I display miter lines on sketchup 8 drawings rendered with vray? One workaround is to actually leave a minor space in between the two pieces, but I'm trying to find out if there is a correct way of doing this, since the parts are actually connected.

What I need to display in RED: enter image description here

What I end up with: enter image description here

I don't see lines effect on other part of rendered image? Basically you didn't setup wireframe or something like that when render in Sketchup... So it's just normal rendered image. If you want to add wireframe effect to it, you've to set it in material setting, I assume. But the 2nd image shows no attemps of displaying line in render, it's just a normal rendered image. Or I misunderstand your problem here? – Edward Nov 13 '14 at 16:02
