When I open any file is fast but when it's to save takes like two minutes to save. It created mappings for these folders. One of the routers is 10base t and the PC have 1gb lan card in. There is some suggestion that it takes both.

Have you tried saving a file locally (to test that it is the network or something network related on the machine, and not a local or more local problem like a hdd problem on the local machine). And have you tried changing the network cable? and trying an ethernet card? and have you tried saving a folder and file outside of office 2010, on the shared/remove drive, using e.g. a "Computer" window? – barlop Mar 12 '13 at 12:38
Upload speed is slower than download? If your using a server that you aren't immediately connected to this could be very true. – Griffin Mar 12 '13 at 17:35
I try to save a local disk and made fast. I also changed the network cable and save with wordpad and do it fast. Also change the router to one 10/100 and is the same problem; too slow. – jcolon Mar 13 '13 at 14:24
