Question

Tell me please a site where I can buy hosting that:

1. is a linux server and gives ~100Mb space
2. MySQL, PHP support
3. servers are reliable
4. and is maximally cheap

There are sites that offer 10Gb for 5$ per month (and I consider this a good offer), but I would like to have 100Mb (which is more then 100 times small) for 2$ per month. So I need not a big space but I want to pay less!

Space is cheap. Features are not. So by limiting the hdd space, you are not going to save a large amount of cash.

Try 000webhost. They give you 1500 MB's of space, 100 GB of data transfer per month, MySQL, PHP, and it's free! They are reliable, and they don't put ads on your website either.

I don't know what the "gotcha"s are for the freebie hosts, but if you want a real, dedicated pay-as-you-go solution, check out NearlyFreeSpeech.net. Check out their pricing estimator. If you don't have a lot of traffic, you could get in under $20/year. Even if you do well, the pricing scales nicely.
