Does anyone know a way of doing the following;

When any user create's an event into their own personal calendar (all users using outlook 2010 & exchange 2010) is there a way for the event to be automatically populated into the global/public calendar?

We do not want to use the public calendar specifically as not everyone wants to view everyones calendar at any one time.

If anyone can answer this or think of another way of doing it please let me know.

Why don't you enter the event into the global calender? Doesn't your question defeat the point of putting it into the personal calender? – Dave Apr 3 '13 at 13:56
I think he's saying that he wants everyone to have the option to view all events, but he also wants people to be able to turn off viewing other people's events (so I can browse my calendar without it being cluttered by other people's stuff, but I can also browse everyone's events) – cpast Apr 3 '13 at 14:00
