i got a problem on Ubuntu system:
- ubuntu is running on low graphics mode
- disk is full, and i don't know to how to make free space.
I had Windows7 and Ubuntu installed on the same pc, few days ago when i start Ubuntu, a message poped up says *
"system is running in low graphics mode......"
i searched on the internet, found a way to use Ctrl + Alt + F1 access some sort of terminal screen, login with username and password, i got into the system, delete some very large files, and reboot the system, it back to normal.
today morning when i started ubuntu system, the same error message appeared again. i did the same way to access the terminal, and delete some more files, but the ubuntu system didn't back to normal this time. i tried apt-get autoremove and clean, but it didn't work.
when i try all different commands, most them relates to the issues about memory / disk space is full.
du -j --max-depth=1 23G ./home 3.3G ./usr ...... 28G
df -Th filesystem Type size used available use% mounted on /dev/sda5 ext4 68G 68G 0 100% /
when does the df and du command shows different disk usage?
thanks in advance for any helps.
