I am trying to refresh Windows 8 and am getting "The drive where Windows is installed is locked. Unlock the drive and try again". What does this mean and how can I unlock it (in cmd prompt if possible).?

Anyway, listing volumes gives volumes such as "WINDOWS RE", " SYSTEM", and (twice) "SAMSUNG_REC"... Can that help somehow?? – chris Apr 16 '13 at 5:16
