So I've been able to connect to a Samba file share on Ubuntu from Windows using SSH port forwarding, using this guide: http://www.bitvise.com/file-sharing. The steps include creating a loopback adapter. (-Part1)
I've also been able to create a Reverse SSH samba share for my Windows computer behind a firewall allowing my SSH client to tell my Ubuntu computer that it can access my Window share behind the firewall: connect to Windows share from Ubuntu Server using reverse ssh tunnel (-Part2)
HOWEVER! *I can not get my Reverse SSH samba connect (-Part 2) to work while connected to the Ubuntu Share via ssh portforward from my Windows Computer *
I believe its the loop back adapter/portforwading settings because if I disable to loopback adapter described from the above link in Part 1 and reboot my Windows computer, Part 2 works fine. I would like both Part 1 and Part 2 to work at the same time. I know I'm asking alot, but any suggestions at all would help!
