Best Book/Video Training for Adobe Illustrator

Question

It's about time I learn this program. I'm a developer, but there's so many times when I need to create what I call simple artwork.

I went over and read book reviews at Amazon, but nothing jumped out at me.

Lynda.com has always had great tutorials for the Adobe Suite, Illustrator included.

The classrom in a book series from Adobe Creative Team has helped me a great deal when using the CS3/CS4 suite.
