I am looking for a video conference application for my colleagues. I don't need many feature, only single person to single person chat, and multiple people conference like google hangout. But I want to avoid external bandwidth, as it would only run between our computers. Skype is also heavy enough on bandwidth when we only need to chat each other without leaving our desk.

I've been looking at asterisk and bigbluebutton, but those are too complex. We only need video chat, so that we can chat each other without the need to stop typing into our spreadsheet or whatever we are doing.

Any suggestion?

Thank you.
