While installing, I got this error (from the log file). I tried the solutions to this similar question

What exactly are you trying to install? The error message is pretty clear the file isn't located where the installer thinks its located contact the author of the product. Although I just verified that the .ico file is located at that location. So it sounds like this is a networking issue on your end. –  Ramhound May 8 '13 at 0:29
    
Sorry thought the title showed it. I'm trying to install github windows. How would i fix the networking error? –  TMP May 8 '13 at 0:32
