Super User is a question and answer site for computer enthusiasts and power users. It's 100% free, no registration required.

For some reason, alt+shift+v creates this char '◊'. I would like to free this keyboard shortcut, so it will be possible to be used in other programs. How to?

This is basically a duplicate of superuser.com/questions/515044. Can someone upvote my answer (or post another answer that gets upvoted or accepted) so this question can be closed as a duplicate? –  ؘؘؘؘ May 14 '13 at 12:51
