I'm upgrading redmine from 1.3 to 2.3

  • System Evnviorment is Ubuntu, redmine 1.3 installed by package
  • 2.3 is checked-out manually via svn in another folder

then in migrating database..


# rake db:migrate RAILS_ENV=production 

then error message like this
