I'm having problem installing Visual Studio 2010 in my computer. I've tried adjusting the compatibility mode but the same error appears. The error appears:

Visual Studio Setup cannot run in compatibility mode. For more information, see 
installing ate...

I'm using Windows Home Basic, 64bit

I've tried searching for solution and it says locate vm_web.exe in regedit. But to no avail, i cant even find it in the addresses it says:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Compatibility Assistant\Persisted
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Compatibility Assistant\Persisted
