Windows Server 2008 R2 64

I am looking to transfer large numbers (~15,000/day) of medium size files (~5-10MB) in different directories automatically over FTP from the command line. These files are located in numerous folders are are being added to an upload queue via our dir watch util.

I have attempted to hook into FTPSync and CoreFTP but neither supports multiple connections to the destination server. Core will do it in GUI but will not recognize multiple connects via CLI. As there are thousands of files per day a gui is not ideal.

Are there any windows programs out there that will support multiple connections from cmd line?
