I wanted to know whether this is possible or not.

Is it possible to install the YouTube and Google Maps built-in applications into the iPhone Simulator?

Currently, it cannot be done. However, this has been logged as a bug with Apple. I guess they figured that developers wouldn't need to test these apps but I could see how you might want to open a map from another app or something.
