Before I go through the hassle of wiping XP and installing Windows 7, has anyone tried this yet? Intel says that this board (and many others) are not Windows 7 compatible, but "not compatible" and "not working" are two different things.

Has anyone tried this yet?

Intel says that the DP965LT is "not supported". It does not say that it is not compatible.

Microsoft says that it will support 32 and 64 bit versions of Windows 7.

I did eventually install Windows 7 on that box. It's been working fine. – Michael Todd May 3 '11 at 15:05

I am DP965LT user and I installed Windows 7 32 bit, and it works flawlessly,

Only Chipset and audio driver you could install
