I installed Android OS (0xdroid) on my board DevKit8000, then I connected a simple rotary encoder to the 6x6 keypad interface of this board. Now I want to get events from the encoder using bash shell. I use "getevent /dev/input/event*", but there are no events. However touchscreen and home/back buttons work well.
Does anybody know why there are no events from the encoder? Any linux modules or another linux image?
