I'm trying to add a caption to a table in Word 2010 but I can't figure out how to remove the "Figure 1" part of the caption

enter image description here

I just want the "Table x" label, how can I do it?

I cannot replicate this problem in my Word 2010, I have two tables - one with a caption of Figure 1, and the other with a caption of Table 1. – Zain Patel May 24 '13 at 13:28
Interesting, when I tried to re-create this, I can't. As soon as I choose a different label, my caption updates and drops the prior caption. Have you tried saving your document, closing Word and re-opening? There might be a glitch that needs to be cleared. – dav May 24 '13 at 13:29
I think David might be right, there's something weird going on.. I tried with a blank document and isn't giving the "Figure" thing.. there might be a bug with this document – Marco A. May 24 '13 at 15:16
