I want to automate my morning routine at work a little bit. I need to run gnome-terminal with few tabs and set directory for each. When I run this command:

gnome-terminal --maximize --tab --title=SERVER --tab --title=GIT --command 'cd ~/work'

I get error about executing child process "cd" (BTW. It works with 'ssh somehost'). How can I set dir in each of tabs?

Extra question: Is it possible to launch terminal window on second screen? There is option --display=SCREEN, but I don't know, what value is right.
