I've been working in the computer's lab of my college, and one of the tasks that my director told me was to auto start each computer with Debian. Each computer has:
And when you start it appears the menu of which OS do you want to choose, I know a way to make auto-boot any OS from Windows, but the DUMBS chiefs of the lab don't want to give me the config. pass for it, so I've been researching how to make the boot from Debian and it seems that I have to modify a Debian system file and then make an update as super user (I hope no problems in here).
So, my question is, can I auto boot from BIOS in an easy / direct way? Otherwise, could you guys explain me step by step (or give me a guide) for do that from Debian? These people just gave an unnecesary headache in here, thank you very much..
