I am using Tor browser bundle for anonymity. I have to login into cyberoam with my credentials first to use internet. If I use firefox for login to start using internet and then start tor, will it compromise any of the anonymity ? Will the cookies or login details of other websites stored in firefox be shared with torbrowser ? Also, will parallel browsing on both reduce anonymity ?

Yes, I believe that there will be some overlap, which could provide clues as to who you are. It is very very easy to accidentally leak info when using tor, so the general recommendation is only use tor on a system where you ALWAYS use tor. virtual machines or live CDs are the best way to accomplish this. –  Frank Thomas Jun 7 '13 at 18:53

Is it possible to use a different browser to login to cyberoam? (You don't say what OS, but if it is windows you could log in to cyberoam via IE then launch Firefox with tor so you know there will be no cookie sharing between the two.) –  Scott Chamberlain Jun 7 '13 at 20:33
